What is LiveChat?
LiveChat is a live chat tool for websites, used by online stores and service businesses to talk to visitors in real time. It adds AI features that suggest and rewrite replies, and connects to the ChatBot and HelpDesk products from the same company.
Agents see visitor details, the page they are on and past chats, and can send canned responses, files and product cards. AI Assist drafts and polishes replies, while ChatBot automates common questions and HelpDesk turns chats into tickets for follow-up.
LiveChat has a large marketplace with integrations for Shopify, WordPress, HubSpot and Salesforce, and offers a 14-day free trial on paid plans. The company behind it renamed itself Text in 2023.
