ChatBees
Free trial · $269/moAI ticket agent that learns from past tickets and your knowledge base
What is ChatBees?
ChatBees builds knowledge graphs from historical support tickets and internal documents, then drafts answers and insights for new tickets inside your help desk. It is aimed at support teams, starting with HubSpot ticketing, that want to cut resolution time.
Knowledge can come from PDFs and Word files, web help centers, Notion, Confluence and Google Drive, and ChatBees re-ingests it on a schedule so answers stay current. When a ticket arrives, it researches the issue, categorizes it and acts as a copilot for the agent working it.
Beyond ticketing, the same platform offers a website chatbot with lead capture, a Slack bot for employee questions, an AI chat app for Confluence and a RAG API for developers. Usage is billed per request and per token on top of the plan.
