What is Kompis Web?
Kompis Web, part of the Aipify platform, adds an assistant called Buddy to your website that answers visitor questions using only the pages and knowledge you approve. It is aimed at Nordic and European organizations that want fewer repetitive support questions.
You add your domain, choose which pages Aipify may learn from, then install the helper when you are ready. Buddy is aware of the page a visitor is on, points to sources and works in Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, English, Spanish, Polish and Ukrainian. A control center handles approved FAQ entries, appearance, domain settings and conversation review.
The free tier gives 150 answers for the life of a website with no card. A Standard package with 2,500 answers a month is listed in Norwegian kroner, though checkout was not yet live when checked. The wider Aipify platform has separate team plans with more users, domains and add-on Business Packs.
