ChatShape builds a custom chatbot for your website by crawling a page you give it, or from uploaded PDFs. You embed it with a script tag so it answers customer questions and collects leads, with branding and tone you can change.
The crawler lists the links it found and you choose which sources to train on. Once the bot is generated, you adjust its colors, style and tone, then paste a script tag into your site. Lead collection can be set up inside the conversation flow.
Plans differ by monthly message volume, number of chatbot generations and characters per bot. The free plan is meant for testing, and unused free bots are deleted after a few days of inactivity.
