Ringly answers a Shopify store's phone line around the clock with an AI agent called Seth, who handles order status, returns, exchanges, subscriptions and product questions. Calls it can't resolve go to your team by live transfer, ticket or email.

Seth recognizes returning callers and pulls up their orders, then takes action in Shopify and connected tools, such as tracking shipments, starting returns or cancelling orders. In beta, it can build a new order and text the caller a Shopify checkout link. No developer is needed: you describe what you want, and an AI manager called Coach configures Seth to follow your policies.
