What is Novus?
Novus is a product analytics agent from Pendo that connects to your code repository and instruments the app automatically. Instead of dashboards, it posts daily signals about friction, anomalies and progress toward a goal into Slack.
Setup runs through a single CLI command that tags events, maps user journeys and configures session replay. You set a goal with a Slack slash command, and each morning Novus reports gaps, broken flows and estimated impact with replays attached as evidence.
For products with their own AI agents, Novus records conversations end to end including tool calls, flags frustrated prompts and groups recurring problems. It is currently in open beta and free to try.
