UpBoard

UpBoard is a texting CRM for car dealerships whose AI assistant answers lead texts within seconds, day or night. It checks inventory, answers questions about cars on the lot and books appointments only during store hours.

When a shopper asks about trade values, payments or anything the AI doesn't know, the lead goes to a salesperson. Each customer has two-way texting, notes, calls, tasks and follow-up plans, with stages from New to Sold, duplicate merging and co-buyer links.

UpBoard reads ADF lead emails from listing sites such as CarGurus and adds them as leads automatically. Appointment reminders ask customers to reply C to confirm, and managers get the day's appointments by email each morning.
