OnClarity
PaidCustomer service AI that scores and verifies its own answers
What is OnClarity?
OnClarity runs a closed loop over customer conversations: it listens, answers or acts, scores every outcome against a rubric and fixes the knowledge behind failures. CX teams use it so the same unanswered question doesn't keep coming back each quarter.
Each conversation is scored on the same rubric, and failures get a reason code. When an answer wasn't grounded in an approved source, the knowledge base is updated so later replies come from that source.
It also monitors public posts and other channels for complaints that never got a response. Deployment can be in-region or on-premise for organisations with data residency requirements. The product was previously known as Anecdote AI.
