What is FlagUp?
FlagUp puts an AI support assistant on your website that answers only from your own knowledge base and says so when it doesn't know. Questions it can't answer become feedback items for your team, next to feature requests and suggestion-box entries.
Everything lands in one searchable inbox with category, rating, status, priority, votes and customer context. On paid plans an AI pass labels sentiment, tags topics, groups duplicates and scores priority so the backlog is easier to review.
The widget is added with one script tag, and the assistant can also call optional read-only APIs for live answers. Free accounts get feedback tools such as a portal, suggestion box and community voting, while the AI assistant starts on Pro.
