WiseTime
Free trial · $360/yrAutomatic legal timekeeping with AI-written time entry narratives
What is WiseTime?
WiseTime records what lawyers and IP professionals work on in the background and turns it into billable time entries, with no start or stop timer. AI sorts activity to the right matter and drafts the narrative for each entry.
The desktop app runs on Windows, Mac and Linux and captures activity privately, so users review their own timeline before anything is shared. It detects time zones when you travel, offers an iOS timeline app and an Outlook add-in, and lets managers see team rollups.
Approved time is pushed into the firm's billing system through plugins and cloud connections. WiseTime is part of Anaqua, the IP management company, and the Enterprise plan adds on-premises connectors, SSO and API access for firms with more than 50 users.
