LawGro MagicTime
Free trial · $39/moAutomatic timekeeping for lawyers that files to Clio
What is LawGro MagicTime?
MagicTime from LawGro records what lawyers work on in the background, sorts each activity to the right client and matter with AI, and files time entries to practice management apps such as Clio, PracticePanther and Rocket Matter. It aims to capture billable minutes that manual timesheets miss.
After a one-time install it tracks work across Outlook, Gmail, Word, Excel, Chrome, calendars, USPTO, FastCase, LexisNexis and court websites. Its model learns your habits, so after a few weeks reviewing and filing a timesheet takes a few clicks. Captured data is private to each lawyer, including from firm admins.
Plans are priced per user. Growth adds unlimited custom rules, billing validations and UTBMS/LEDES billing codes, and Enterprise covers larger firms. Every trial runs 7 days on the Growth plan with live training and no credit card.
