Stoneforge
FreemiumRuns teams of AI coding agents in parallel with automatic merging
What is Stoneforge?
Stoneforge orchestrates several AI coding agents at once, such as Claude Code, Codex and OpenCode, so they can work on separate tasks in the same project. It gives each agent its own git worktree, dispatches tasks by dependency and merges the results.
A director agent plans the work, worker agents implement tasks in isolated worktrees, and steward agents review merges and resolve conflicts. A dispatch daemon tracks priorities and dependencies, so idle workers only pick up tasks that are ready.
A local web dashboard shows each agent's live output, a kanban board of tasks, merge requests and metrics. Recent versions sync with GitHub, Linear and Notion, and the project is published on GitHub.
