What is SheetStatement?
SheetStatement reads PDF and scanned bank statements and turns them into spreadsheets or accounting import files. It checks each running balance against the statement so bookkeepers, accountants and small businesses can trust the totals before importing.
After upload, transactions are extracted with date, description, debit, credit and balance, and a reconciliation step confirms that opening and closing balances match. Exports cover XLSX, CSV and JSON, with QBO, IIF and Xero CSV on higher plans so the data can go straight into QuickBooks or Xero.
Statements from any bank are supported, with guides for large US banks such as Chase, Bank of America and Wells Fargo. The Pro plan adds AI-assigned spending categories and support for scanned PDFs, and Business adds bulk uploads and priority processing.
