What is Midpoint?
Midpoint grades sports, Pokémon and other trading cards from two photos, giving an overall grade with subgrades and every defect pointed out. Collectors use it to decide whether a card is worth sending to a paid grading service, and to track values across more than 1.5 million cards.
The AI report scores corners, edges, surface and centering on the front and back, with close-ups of each corner and edge and a written rationale. A separate tool measures centering to the millimetre, and results can be compared against PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG scales.
Live market values, price alerts and a portfolio keep a whole collection in one place, and grade certificates can be shared. The full feature set lives in the iPhone and Android apps, with a lighter web version, and it is free to start.
