Inkeep lets companies deploy AI agents that answer customer questions and assist support teams using their docs, product data and tools. Business users build agents in a no-code visual builder while engineers use an agents SDK, with changes synced both ways.
Customer-facing assistants search the knowledge base and product data, look up customer-specific information and automate common fixes through AI workflows. Inkeep Coworker helps support agents from Slack or the help desk, gathering context from CRM and billing systems and proposing replies for human approval.
It can also scan the knowledge base for gaps revealed by tickets. Parts of the platform are open source, and documentation is public.
