FeedbackFlow collects product feedback from an in-app widget, Slack, Intercom and Zendesk, merges duplicate reports into topics and ranks them by impact. It then drafts and files tickets in Jira or Linear, which helps small product teams keep up with incoming notes.

Each topic carries the reports behind it along with sentiment, and AI writes a ticket title, summary and acceptance criteria when you push it to your tracker. If you change a topic or priority in the review queue, that correction is saved as an example and reused in later triage.

The feedback widget is designed by describing what you want, such as colors, corners and position, and it picks up your site's palette without CSS edits. The founder notes it has no public voting board or roadmap page, so it is focused on triage only.
