Documentation.AI
FreemiumDocs platform whose AI agent drafts updates from code and tickets
What is Documentation.AI?
Documentation.AI hosts product docs, API references, help centres and internal knowledge bases, with an AI agent that reads code changes, support tickets and feedback and drafts doc updates for approval. Readers get an AI assistant with cited answers.
Writers can use a visual web editor or docs-as-code with Git branches, pull requests and preview builds, and reuse snippets across pages. Connectors pull from GitHub, GitLab, Jira and Confluence, and automations run on merge or on a schedule.
OpenAPI files become interactive API references, and docs can be versioned, localised, put behind SSO or embedded in your product. A reader MCP server lets customers' AI tools query the docs, an authoring MCP server lets your team write from Cursor or Claude Code, and llms.txt is generated for AI discoverability.
