Airhive
FreemiumEU-hosted workspace that organizes your files and answers questions
What is Airhive?
Airhive reads uploaded files, then sorts, tags, renames and links them into a searchable knowledge base you can question in plain language. It targets freelancers and teams in Europe who want AI over their documents with data kept in Germany and GDPR-compliant handling.
Search works by file name, document type, person, company, tag or context, and answers cite the files they come from. You can connect ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants but choose exactly which files they may see through revocable permissions, and files are not used for model training.
Security features include AES-256-GCM encryption, audit logs, versioning, pseudonymization and a data processing agreement. The free plan allows 100 agent requests a month, while Professional raises that to 1,000 and adds automatic file renaming and custom MCP connectors.
