Dialpad Meetings, formerly UberConference, runs video calls from a browser link with no downloads or PINs, and transcribes them live. After each call it produces notes and a summary, so small teams and client-facing staff get a record without a separate note-taker.
Hosts can share screens, use a whiteboard and work on files together, and customize the meeting room URL, layout, background and hold music. Background noise is filtered automatically, and a Large Meetings add-on raises the participant limit to 1,500 with extra moderator controls.
It sits inside Dialpad's wider communications suite, which also covers business phone and contact center software. There is a free sign-up for basic meetings.
