What is Agentset?
Agentset is an open-source platform that handles ingestion, chunking, retrieval and agentic search so developers can build AI chat and search over their own documents. Answers come with citations, and it supports images, charts and tables as well as text.
Data goes in through JavaScript or Python SDKs, with more than 22 file formats from PDF and DOCX to email and HEIC images, and metadata filters can limit answers to a subset of documents. You choose your own vector database, embedding model and LLM, with options such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, Pinecone and Qdrant.
An MCP server exposes a knowledge base to other applications, and it integrates with the AI SDK. Preview links offer a ready chat interface for collecting feedback, the Pro plan adds deep research, and Enterprise can run on-premises or in your own cloud.
