What is Adaptive ML?
Adaptive ML's Adaptive Engine lets companies evaluate, fine-tune with reinforcement learning and serve their own specialized LLMs. Enterprises use it to get smaller open models to beat general models on their own tasks.
The platform has three parts, Adapt, Evaluate and Serve, and is used for enterprise search, business intelligence and customer support. In one customer case, a tuned Llama 3.1 8B model cut hallucinations in an insurance chatbot compared with GPT-4o and the base model.
Adaptive ML has been acquired by Datadog, so the product's future packaging may change. Access is by demo.
