Agents answer from your documents and policies, write structured call summaries to the CRM when a call ends and hand the call to a live agent with the context loaded. CRM integrations cover HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho, and missed calls can be returned within 60 seconds.
Recordings are searchable and permissioned, with redaction and retention controls, and the platform offers role-based access and secure APIs. The product is currently labeled a beta release.
