Slideflow

Slideflow Labs builds deep learning tests that read tumor biomarkers from the routine H&E slides pathology labs already prepare, returning a score to the treating physician within minutes. It is sold to hospitals and cancer centers that want these tests run in-house.

The models run as single-tenant containers in a cloud environment provisioned for each institution, connected over private networking, so slides and case data stay inside that controlled space. Results go back through the hospital's normal clinical reporting workflow with a confidence interval and risk level.

The work grows out of the open-source, MIT-licensed Slideflow library for digital histopathology, which more than 100 peer-reviewed studies have used. Slideflow Pro is the company's regulated deployment engine for moving research models into clinical use.
