MONAI
FreeOpen-source framework for building medical imaging AI
What is MONAI?
MONAI is an open-source, PyTorch-based framework for deep learning on medical images such as CT, MRI and pathology slides. Researchers and hospital teams use it to label data, train models and package them for clinical use.
MONAI Core supplies imaging-specific data loaders, transforms, network architectures and metrics. MONAI Label adds AI-assisted annotation that plugs into viewers like 3D Slicer and OHIF, and a model zoo shares pretrained bundles for common tasks such as organ segmentation.
MONAI Deploy helps turn trained models into applications that can run inside hospital imaging workflows. The project began as a collaboration between NVIDIA and King's College London and is released under the Apache 2.0 license.
