Selectric
Freemium · $15/moPrivate AI search across your email, documents and chats
What is Selectric?
Selectric is a desktop app that searches across your connected email, document and messaging accounts from one shortcut. Summaries of results come from AI models, and each user gets a personal index built only from data they can already access.
After installing the macOS app and signing in to an account, you press a keyboard shortcut and type a query to find information across Google, Microsoft, Dropbox and other linked accounts. Search summaries run on local AI models on the free plan.
The Team plan adds more powerful models, automatic email replies and calendar management through Smart Actions, plus SSO and custom service integrations. The company states that data stays in the user's own environment and is not used to train AI models.
