What is SeekWhy?
SeekWhy is a survey platform for employee, customer and product feedback that asks AI follow-up questions and then cross-validates themes across all respondents. HR and product teams use it to tell a real problem from a vocal minority.
When someone gives a vague answer, the survey asks a follow-up to get the specifics, and theme extraction groups responses with an estimate of their impact. Cross-validation then tests each theme with the wider group, so a report can show that a concern is shared by most people or only a few.
Responses can be anonymized with AI text redaction, which matters for exit interviews and inclusion surveys. Surveys can be created from Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP clients, embedded as widgets, and connected to Slack and Teams. Prices are in euros.
