What is Deformity?
Deformity builds online forms, surveys, lead capture and payment flows that run either as fixed static forms or as AI conversations that ask follow-up questions. It positions itself as a cheaper alternative to Typeform and Formless, with unlimited forms on the free plan.
Each form can switch between a handcrafted static flow and an AI mode that adapts questions to the answers it gets.
