Runbear
Freemium · $99/moShared AI teammates your team can @mention inside Slack
What is Runbear?
Runbear puts named, shared AI agents into Slack, Microsoft Teams and Discord. Teammates mention an agent to get answers drawn from connected knowledge sources like Notion, Google Drive and Confluence, and to trigger actions in other tools.
Agents are set up without code and can be given roles such as sales ops, support, HR or marketing. They connect to more than 2,000 tools through integrations and MCP actions, for example drafting a call brief and logging it to HubSpot or pulling past Zendesk tickets.
Plans are priced per workspace rather than per seat and meter usage in credits. The Business plan adds bring-your-own LLM keys, HubSpot and Zendesk CRM integrations, and security items such as a SOC 2 Type II report on request.
