Punchcard

Punchcard, formerly Agentive, organizes client requests and audit tasks for accounting firms and uses an AI agent called CoAudit to prepare source-linked workpapers. Auditors stay in charge of judgment and review each conclusion before sign-off.

Each request or task becomes a punchcard that keeps instructions, evidence, the agent's work and the review together. Engagements are organized by client and type, including financial statement audits, employee benefit plans, SOX, SOC 2, non-profit and manufacturing work.

CoAudit works across Punchcard, Excel and Word to test evidence and draft workpapers with citations and reasoning that show how the evidence supports each conclusion. The company states it is SOC 2 certified, with GDPR compliance available.
