Members start with self-guided tools and step up to clinical care when they need more, covering drinking, smoking, opioids, stress, anxiety, sleep and compulsive habits. No diagnosis is needed to begin, and people check eligibility through their employer or plan before enrolling.

Behind the service sits Atlas, Pelago's own clinical record, which keeps one history across AI and human interactions and helps route each person to the right level of care. For organisations, fees are tied to agreed outcomes and ROI targets rather than a fixed price list.
