Para by CaseMark, formerly CaseMark Operator, is an AI assistant for law firms that takes assignments by email or Teams and produces documents such as demand letters, motions and medical chronologies. It keeps working after hours and asks for sign-off before anything leaves the firm.

Lawyers and staff hand Para a task the way they would brief a colleague, and it reads case files, flags gaps like missing records or treatment breaks, and returns drafts as Word documents. It can pick up new matters from Clio and send a morning brief of what it finished overnight.

CaseMark also sells Source, a product for court reporting and litigation support teams that covers transcript production, summaries and a branded client portal. Para's Pro plan adds stronger data protections for client and patient files, with a BAA on annual plans.
