What is Mistral Studio?
Mistral Studio is the developer console and API for Mistral AI's models, previously called La Plateforme and then AI Studio. Developers use it to get API keys, test prompts, build agents, run evaluations and fine-tune Mistral models.
The API covers chat, coding, OCR, embeddings and agent endpoints, and Connectors let agents use built-in tools and custom MCP servers. Many Mistral models are also released as open weights for self-hosting.
A free tier supports experimentation, and production usage is billed per token. Enterprises can deploy Mistral models in their own cloud or on premises.
