Levity analyses the email traffic of logistics and supply chain companies, then builds AI automations for repetitive requests such as shipment status, quotes and claims. It is described as communication intelligence for global supply chains.

The product follows an Analyze, Build and Scale path. Analytics dashboards categorise millions of emails by topic, such as track and trace, bookings, pricing and quoting, damage claims and customs, to reveal where automation will pay off.

Flows then handle chosen request types, with quality control and a control tower view for monitoring, and an Ask AI search across the data. The site is available in English, German and Japanese and shows case studies from large logistics firms.
