Elessar
Free trial · $7/moPull request changelogs and engineering reports from your repos
What is Elessar?
Elessar connects to your codebase, Slack, Notion and Linear and uses AI to write pull request changelogs, weekly reports and daily digests. Engineering managers and developers use it to keep documentation current without writing it by hand.
Each pull request gets a standardised AI changelog, and a temporary Slack channel is created per PR with two-way sync, statuses and summaries. Documentation and weekly reports are written into Notion so progress is visible outside the team.
A VS Code extension lets you search docs and changelogs inside the editor, and Linear issues and metrics link to the Slack channels. The site states that data processed by OpenAI is not used to train its models and is encrypted in transit and at rest.
