EHVA is a phone AI agent built to take over high-volume inbound call center work, starting with health insurance payers, third-party administrators and carriers that field provider calls. It also handles hotel front desks, insurance intake and outbound sales calls.

For health plans it automates provider questions about eligibility, benefits, claims status and prior authorization status. Other uses include an AI receptionist for insurance agencies, quoting and intake interviews, appointment reminders, lead qualification and cold calling, plus front desk, reservations and in-room dining calls for hotels.
