Appbot
Free trial · $59/moApp review analysis with AI replies and plain-language questions
What is Appbot?
Appbot collects iOS, Google Play and Windows app reviews and analyzes them for sentiment, topics, bugs and feature requests. Product, engineering and support teams use it to track ratings and reply to reviews, with AI-generated responses and an assistant that answers questions about your reviews.
Ask Appbot lets you query your review data in plain language, and an MCP server makes the same data available to other AI tools. Sentiment and text analysis show which words and topics drive one-star and five-star reviews, and competitor tracking compares your ratings and themes with other apps.
Replies can be automated, AI-written or chosen from canned responses. Dashboards collect ratings and review data on one page, integrations push alerts to Slack and Teams, and a REST API exports review data on the Premium tier.
