Vibe Island
Free trialMac notch panel for monitoring and approving AI coding agents
What is Vibe Island?
Vibe Island turns the MacBook notch into a status panel for terminal coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, Cursor and OpenCode. You can watch each session, approve permission requests, answer agent questions and jump to the right terminal tab without leaving your current app.
It configures supported agents automatically on first launch and works with more than 20 terminals and editors, including iTerm2, Ghostty, Warp, WezTerm, Kitty, VS Code and Cursor. Plans can be previewed with Markdown rendering before you approve them, and sound alerts mark each event.
The app is written in Swift for Apple Silicon and uses under 100 MB of memory. It shows remaining usage quotas for Claude, Codex, Kimi, GLM and DeepSeek, can monitor agents running on remote servers over SSH, and keeps everything on the Mac with no account or telemetry.
