Tako

Tako runs payroll, recruiting and benefits for companies that employ people in Brazil, with AI agents doing much of the operational work. Its assistant, Otto, answers questions about headcount, turnover and payroll cost from the company's own data.

Every payroll value is calculated from the CLT labor code and the collective agreement that applies to each CNPJ, and each figure can be opened to see the rule behind it. Edits are logged under the name of the person who approved them, which helps when payroll is challenged later.

Otto draws on a base of more than 4,200 collective bargaining agreements and on connected sources such as Tako Payroll, eSocial, time tracking and the ATS. Managers can ask it to break down cost changes by team, project next quarter's payroll or compare average cost by seniority.
