What is RoomSketcher?
RoomSketcher lets homeowners, real estate agents and designers draw editable 2D and 3D floor plans without CAD skills. Its AI Convert feature turns an uploaded PDF, image or scan of an old plan into a digital project in a few seconds.
You can also draw room by room with snapping walls and live measurements, trace over a rough sketch, or capture a space with a LiDAR-equipped phone. Edits show up in 2D and 3D at once, and you can furnish rooms, change materials and take ideas from AI style prompts.
Finished plans can include measurements, room names and total area for listings or renovation projects. If you'd rather not draw, RoomSketcher's own team will redraw a sketch or blueprint by the next business day for a per-floor fee.
