What is CamPlan?
CamPlan is an iOS app that scans a room with LiDAR, or from a walkthrough video, and turns it into an editable 2D plan and 3D model. Realtors, designers, contractors and homeowners use it to measure spaces, plan renovations and send estimates.
Walls, doors and windows are detected during the scan, and the result can be furnished, relabelled and walked through in 3D with swappable materials and lighting. An AI design assistant redesigns rooms from text prompts, and AR places furniture in the real space before you buy.
Measured quantities feed itemised estimates, quotes and invoices with your own prices. Projects export as branded PDF reports with area breakdowns, CAD files such as DXF and DWG, IFC for BIM, and USDZ, OBJ or DAE models, and teams can edit the same project together on iPhone, iPad or Mac.
