What is AZmed?
AZmed makes AI software that reads X-rays and CT scans alongside radiologists. Its Rayvolve suite detects fractures and chest abnormalities, takes bone measurements and estimates bone age, while Rayscan finds lung nodules on CT.
Rayvolve is split into AZtrauma, AZchest, AZmeasure and AZboneage, and Rayscan currently includes AZnod for lung nodules. Results appear inside the radiology workflow as a second read, with triage and reporting handled in the same flow.
The products are CE-marked and FDA-cleared and are developed under ISO 13485 and MDSAP quality systems. AZmed is based in France, runs in more than 55 countries, and recently linked its X-ray findings to care coordination through RapidAI.
