MetaSkills.ai

MetaSkills.ai helps people build lasting abilities such as learning to learn, critical thinking and emotional regulation through assessments, practices and an AI companion. The AI asks questions in a Socratic style instead of handing out answers.

The framework groups more than a dozen meta-skills into cognitive, interpersonal and self systems. You take assessments to see where you stand, then work through practices and learning paths at your own pace without a fixed curriculum.

The AI companion remembers your earlier reflections, goals and patterns, so each conversation builds on the last one. It is designed to prompt reflection for personal growth, not only career skills, and progress tracking shows how you change over time.
