Mursion

Mursion trains employees through immersive simulations where they practice difficult conversations with avatars that respond and push back. Companies use it for leadership development, sales, customer service, healthcare and teacher education.

Learners rehearse scenarios such as giving feedback, handling an upset guest or a sales objection, then get coaching on how they did. Mursion Coaching adds personalized guidance, and the Mursion Intelligence Platform gathers results to show where teams are improving.

The enterprise edition covers large rollouts with reporting, and solutions are tailored by industry. Customers include hotel brands that used it to improve guest experience, and pricing is arranged through sales.
