Matterport

Matterport creates 3D digital twins of homes and buildings from scans taken with its cameras or a phone. Real estate agents use the tours to market listings, and property managers, insurers and builders use AI features for floor plans, measurements and defurnished views.

After capturing a space, Matterport's AI stitches scans into an interactive 3D tour and can generate floor plans, room dimensions and property facts automatically. Defurnish removes furniture from views so buyers can picture an empty space, and the data exports to design and BIM tools.

Matterport is now owned by CoStar Group. A free plan supports a single active space, and paid plans add more spaces and features. Scans can be captured with Matterport cameras, 360 cameras or an iPhone.
