Lunchclub

Lunchclub uses AI to introduce professionals to each other for one-on-one video meetings based on their goals and interests. It is aimed at people who want to grow their network, find collaborators or explore career moves without cold outreach.

You describe what you are looking for, such as hiring, fundraising, mentoring or meeting people in your field, and Lunchclub suggests matches and sets up short video calls. The matching improves as it learns which introductions you find useful.

Meetings are one-to-one rather than group events, which keeps conversations focused. The service positions itself as a superconnector that handles the introduction step most networking tools leave to you.
