LegalOn is an AI contract review tool that checks agreements against playbooks written by its in-house attorneys. Corporate legal teams use it to spot risky terms, missing clauses and deviations from their own standards, working inside Microsoft Word or a web app.

The product ships with dozens of ready-made playbooks for common agreements such as NDAs, MSAs and vendor contracts, and teams can adjust them to match their policies. It suggests redlines with explanations, compares versions, and includes a repository and matter tracking for legal requests.

LegalOn started in Japan, where it is widely used, before expanding to the US. Pricing is quoted through sales. It also offers a matter management module for tracking legal requests from the business, which suits small in-house teams.
