Herald
FreemiumAI SRE that finds production issues and their root cause early
What is Herald?
Herald, formerly RunLLM, is an AI site reliability engineer that spots emerging issues and investigates them across code, infrastructure and telemetry. It hands engineering teams a root cause and suggested fix, often before an alert fires.
Instead of relying on hand-tuned alert thresholds, it detects anomalies such as error spikes, groups related signals and traces them through the code path to explain what broke. Each investigation shows its steps and ends with a root cause and recommended changes.
A CLI agent works with local integrations on the free tier, while team plans add a cloud agent, cloud integrations, Slack or Teams collaboration and the option to bring your own model or cloud.
