What is Ghostly?
Ghostly lets you build a knowledge chatbot trained on your files and web pages, then embed it on your site without code. You connect your own OpenAI key, so Ghostly charges only for the bot infrastructure and not per message.
You upload PDF, text or Markdown files or add URLs, and the bot answers from that material. The system prompt, welcome message and predefined replies can be changed, and the widget's colors, logo and light or dark theme are adjustable to match your website.
Models on offer are OpenAI's GPT-3.5, GPT-4 and GPT-4o. Plans differ by number of chatbots, the amount of training text and the number of website links each bot can learn from, and translations are available for the embedded widget.
