FinConv
Freemium · $15/moConverts bank statement PDFs and scans to Excel, CSV or JSON
What is FinConv?
FinConv extracts transactions from bank and credit card statements in PDF, JPG or PNG form and returns a clean table of dates, descriptions, debits, credits and balances. It is useful for bookkeepers, accountants and anyone importing statements into a spreadsheet.
Extraction is AI-assisted and handles scanned and password-protected statements up to 50MB. You preview the rows without signing up, then sign in to download the full result as XLSX, CSV or JSON, and paid plans also produce OFX and QFX files.
The free tier resets every day and keeps a history of past conversions. Paid plans are sized by pages or OFX/QFX conversions per month, from 500 on Starter to 5,000 on Professional, and the service says uploaded files are not stored.
