Coral (Phoebe Technology)
FreemiumOpen-source execution layer that governs what AI agents can do
What is Coral (Phoebe Technology)?
Coral is an open-source, self-hosted layer that lets AI agents work with enterprise systems through permitted tool operations and saved code functions. Platform and security teams use it to stop agents getting overprivileged access while keeping tool calls fast and cheap in tokens.
You connect providers such as GitHub, Gmail, HubSpot, Linear, Notion, Stripe and Xero to groups of employees and agents. Agents write programs against Coral's tool operations, which run in an isolated sandbox, and rules decide which operations, arguments and functions are allowed. Risky actions can require per-session human approval inside Claude, Codex and similar agents.
Reusable functions let agents skip relearning a task, and approvals are logged. The core is Apache 2.0 licensed and free to self-host. Enterprise licensing adds SAML SSO, SCIM, advanced RBAC, an immutable audit log, bring-your-own secrets vault and support SLAs.
